POSITION SUMMARY

Primary role is to support the Public Policy Evaluation Unit as a Coordinator. This role will focus on state related issues in Ecuador at a -National Level.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage closely and pro-actively with multilateral organizations (i.e., Inter-american Development Bank). Coordination of integrated sistems of Monitoring & Evaluation. Design and implement Impact Evaluations, operational assessments and objectives evaluations. Collaborate and share experiences and knowledge with the other Government Agencies. Be able to manage a diverse range of issues and a fast paced work environment. Monitoring contracts with multilateral organizations. Drafting memos and summaries of legislative initiatives. Researching proposed legislation, and preparing materials and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

Thorough knowledge of M&E. Strong knowlodege of Statistics, Economics and Econométrics. An ability to work cooperatively and courteously with others, and maintain a good working relationship with lstakeholders. Knowledge STATA, Eviews, SPSS.

Education, Training & Certifications

A bachelor’s degree or higher education, in Economics, Statistics, or related Social Sciences, is preferred.
