PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Sponsor Communications Production Specialist serves as a member of the team responsible for the production and distribution of items such as the sponsorship registration packets, welcome packets and other sponsor communications (i.e. communications to lapsed sponsors or reassigned sponsors, etc) as well as donor receipts and pledge statements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Key Result #1 – Contribute as a member of the team that prints and mails all GSC-produced sponsorship communications and donor financial communications (approximate 90% of time).
Key Result #2 – Serve on the Cross-Functional Work Team as needed (approximate 10% of time).
