POSITION/SCOPE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION
- This position reports directly and functionally to Learning & Staff Development Manager.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB As a key member of the Learning and Staff Development (L&SD) Team, the Learning Systems Administrator will enable performance improvement, career development and facilitation of a thriving learning culture throughout FH offices, regions and teams by leading projects to develop systems and information repositories of internal and external learning resources, programs and materials, through virtual, live and blended delivery platforms as appropriate to different audiences. The Learning Systems Administrator also provides facilitation and training for Global Service Center(s) and Regional/Field staff and leaders to ensure consistency of globally-distributed curriculum as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
Key Result #1 – Research, pilot test and maintain a global Learning Management System (LMS) to provide valuable e-learning content for those with appropriate computer access and connectivity, raise awareness of internal learning resources and to facilitate the tracking of training for all FH staff. (Approximately 50% of the Time)
Key Result #2 – Collaborate with L&SD team members, internal partners and external consultants to provide globally-distributed or staff group-targeted curriculum and training programs. (40%)

Key Result #3**- Align training systems and learning programs with talent management, performance management and/or other Human Resource initiatives (10%).
