Position Summary IREX seeks an intern for its Education Programs Division to provide support to the teacher training programs for international and domestic educators.
Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with program team in reading of applications for program participation, contributing to conversations during selection and confirmation meetings

Track a wide range of information and data, maintaining accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with program team to prepare materials for program workshops and events

Provide on-site support during workshops and events

periodically facilitate online discussions with international teachers on topics related to education
Contribute to the overall success of the project
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience with, and interest in, international education and teaching
International study, work, or living experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent ability to remain flexible while adhering to strict deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, including using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

High level of cross-cultural awareness
