POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION

  • The Staff Care & Expat Services Coordinator reports hierarchically and functionally to the Staff Care and Expat Programs Director (solid line reporting).
  • The Staff Care & Expat Services Coordinator will report functionally to the International Employment Services Manager for some key responsibility areas (dotted line reporting).

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Staff Care & Expat Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administration of the staff care and expat programs processes, information and resources in alignment with FH’s organizational priorities and Global Human Resources priorities. As a key member of the Staff Care and International Employment Services Teams, the Staff Care & Expat Services Coordinator will provide assistance in facilitating initiatives that promote the overall physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of FH staff. This position serves our FH offices and teams and provides support services for all FH expats. This person will work collaboratively with each functional team in Global HR (GHR) and other FH departments and offices to implement, maintain and continuously improve the organizational and individual care for FH staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned and percentages are approximate.

Key Result #1 –Coordinate and maintain the administration needs for staff care specific processes, programs and information. 20%

Key Result #2 – Coordinate and lead Global Service Center’s (GSC’s) (Phoenix, Washington, DC and Nashville) physical safety and wellness initiatives. 20%

Key Result #3– Administer employment related tasks for expatriate staff, support-based staff, and regional/global staff based outside the US. 20%

Key Result #4 – Actively participate in promoting the appropriate care for FH staff in US Offices and Global Leadership 15%

Key Result #5 – Support and assist GHR Staff Care team and field leadership in issues concerning the overall well-being of all Expats and their families 15%

Key Result #6 – Manage individual workload, collaborate with co-workers in and outside of Global HR and provide support for GHR initiatives and projects as needed. 10%
