Adeso is looking for a Director to lead their U.S. office and overall development program, as well as support Adeso’s advocacy work in the U.S. The Director will be accountable for planning, implementing, growing, and evaluating the development program at Adeso, which is currently focused on corporate, foundation and government funding. S/he will proactively engage high-net-worth individuals to grow the organization’s individual giving program. This individual will also identify new funding streams and will develop creative strategies to secure funds to meet Adeso’s fundraising goals. S/he will establish new relationships with public, private, and government sources in order to expand the donor base and further Adeso’s advocacy agenda. Adeso is seeking a mission-driven individual who will embrace innovation. This individual will report to the Executive Director, and will be based in Washington, DC.
